In this role, you will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic, boosting online visibility, and increasing revenue through impactful search engine marketing campaigns. You will manage and optimize campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, conversion-focused digital experiences aligned with our brand vision and business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership – Design and implement end-to-end SEM strategies that maximize visibility, engage high-intent audiences, and drive measurable conversions.
Keyword & Audience Research – Perform in-depth keyword and audience analysis to identify high-value opportunities aligned with campaign goals and market trends.
Campaign Management & Optimization – Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms, continuously optimizing for performance, scalability, and ROI.
Data-Driven Analysis – Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to assess effectiveness, uncover insights, and make informed strategic adjustments.
Reporting & Insights – Deliver clear, actionable reports highlighting performance metrics, trends, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
Collaborative Execution – Partner with content, design, and development teams to ensure ad copy, creatives, and landing pages are fully optimized for conversion.
Trend & Innovation Monitoring – Keep pace with industry trends, platform updates, and new SEM tools to sustain a competitive advantage.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in search engine marketing, preferably within an e-commerce or online booking environment.
Demonstrated track record of success in planning, executing, and optimizing SEM campaigns across multiple platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Prior experience working in the US market, with proven success managing monthly SEM budgets of $100,000 or more.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms.
Google Ads Certification is preferred.
