KONG API Gateway implementation

Brief Description 

KONG API Gateway Management:Design, implement, and maintain Kong API Gateway configurations, including services, routes, plugins, and load balancing. Custom Plugin Development:Develop custom plugins using Lua or other scripting languages to extend Kong's functionality. Integration:Integrate Kong with existing APIs and backend systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow. Security Management:Implement and manage API security measures such as authentication, authorization, rate limiting, and traffic management. Monitoring and Troubleshooting:Monitor API performance, set up alerts, and debug issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for API configurations, processes, andprocedures.

Preferred SkillsProficiency in Kong API Gateway and its architecture

    Experience with scripting languages such as Lua and Python     Experience in API development using .NET will be an added advantage     Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and OpenAPI specifications     Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes     Knowledge of API security protocols, including OAuth, JWT, and API key management     Experience : 3-8 years
