Job Description: We are seeking an energetic and driven Junior Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for recent MBA graduates with a passion for sales and marketing, especially those who have completed internships in relevant domains. As a Junior Sales and Marketing Executive, you will gain real-time exposure in cold calling, lead generation, digital marketing, and campaign execution. You'll work closely with experienced professionals and be involved in core sales and marketing operations. Key Responsibilities:

Perform cold calling to generate and convert leads

Assist in executing marketing strategies and sales initiatives

Manage and grow social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)

Support ongoing digital and offline marketing campaigns

Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems

Research market trends and analyze competitor activity

Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

Coordinate with internal teams for content and strategy development

Preferred Skills

MBA in Marketing / Business Administration or related field

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Energetic, self-motivated, and proactive attitude

Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and efficiently
