Role OverviewWe are seeking a visionary and hands-on Data Architect/Manager to design, build, and optimize high-performance, scalable data ecosystems that power intelligent decision-making and accelerate business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise—capable of balancing long-term architectural vision with practical execution in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Architect Scalable Data Systems – Design and implement robust data models, infrastructure, and pipelines to ensure exceptional performance, scalability, and adaptability.

Drive Technology Excellence – Evaluate, select, and oversee advanced data platforms and tools to meet current requirements and enable future innovation.

Own the Full Data Lifecycle – Manage data ingestion, transformation, storage, access, and retirement with efficiency, security, and reliability.

Ensure Governance & Compliance – Establish and enforce policies to maintain quality, integrity, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Deliver Strategic Insights – Provide architectural direction and actionable analytics to empower executive decision-making.

Champion a Data-Driven Culture – Promote best practices, standardization, and organization-wide data literacy.

Communicate with Clarity – Keep stakeholders informed with transparent updates, proactive risk management, and timely issue resolution.
