Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of identifying and developing new prospects, and comfortable making a high volume of calls daily. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Sales Team, while building lasting customer relationships through excellent service and account management. Key Responsibilities

Develop sales opportunities by researching, identifying, and engaging potential accounts through cold calling and email outreach. Manage the onboarding process and provide ongoing support to new customer accounts, including product demonstrations and addressing customer queries. Build rapport and strong relationships by providing technical information, explanations, and timely responses to current and future customer needs. Identify growth and conversion opportunities to expand customer accounts. Communicate effectively using excellent oral and written skills, while ensuring best practices in customer service. Continuously explore ways to improve sales performance and enhance efficiency. Preferred Skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and prospecting. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of regional languages (Hindi, Tamil, etc.) is an added advantage. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and achieve results with a target-driven mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure. Adaptable to changing priorities, with proactive troubleshooting and a willingness to take initiative. Passion for sales and enthusiasm to build a career in a fast-growing organization.
