Role Overview We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced Senior QA Manager with deep expertise in quality engineering, automation strategy, and enterprise-scale system leadership. This role demands technical mastery, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams to advance test automation maturity across products, teams, and geographies. You will own the quality roadmap, design robust automation ecosystems, and lead a high-performing QA organization to deliver world-class, secure, and scalable digital platforms. Key Responsibilities

Quality Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive a comprehensive QA automation vision and long-term roadmap across all product lines.

Leadership & Team Development: Build, scale, and lead a high-performing global QA organization with a focus on impactful automation.

Automation Architecture: Architect robust, enterprise-level automation frameworks spanning UI, API, Mobile, and Data layers.

Governance & Compliance: Establish and oversee standards for functional, performance, security, and compliance testing.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, product, DevOps, compliance, and business teams to align quality initiatives with business objectives.

Test Maturity & Metrics: Define benchmarks for automation coverage, release confidence, and continuous improvement models.

Innovation & Best Practices: Champion new tools, methodologies, and emerging QA practices to elevate testing effectiveness.

CI/CD Integration: Integrate automation seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases.

Quality Reporting & Insights: Monitor and report key quality metrics, defect patterns, and incidents, implementing proactive measures.

Mentorship & Culture Building: Grow future QA leaders, mentor engineers, and nurture a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

Preferred Skills

15+ years of experience in QA/testing, with strong emphasis on test automation and at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles.

Proven track record of building automation teams and strategies from the ground up in mid-to-large scale organizations.

Hands-on expertise with test automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Rest Assured, etc.

Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, or similar.

Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Shift-Left testing methodologies.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Exposure to compliance/regulatory testing (PCI-DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001) is highly desirable.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level reporting.

Domain expertise in Fintech, Banking, SaaS, or other regulated industries.

Experience with AI-driven testing, predictive quality analytics, or model-based testing.

ISTQB Advanced Certification or equivalent credentials.

Demonstrated ability to scale QA practices in multi-product or platform environments.
