Event Onboarding & Promotion Executive The Event Onboarding & Promotion Executive will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, managing events and ticketing on the company’s platform. This role involves coordinating with event organizers, ensuring accurate and appealing listings, maintaining brand consistency, and executing promotional activities to maximize event visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating impactful brand and event experiences.
Key Responsibilities: • Event Sourcing & Onboarding • Research, identify, and onboard potential events suitable for listing on the platform. • Coordinate with event organizers to gather relevant details, creatives, and brand assets. • Ensure accurate and attractive event listings are created and maintained on the website. • Branding & Content Coordination • Work with the design and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding across all event promotions. • Review event visuals, banners, and promotional content for quality and brand alignment. • Suggest creative improvements for event presentation and visibility. • Platform & Listing Management • Regularly update event listings with new information, images, and schedules. • Monitor event performance on the platform and provide recommendations to improve visibility. • Promotion & Marketing Support • Coordinate digital and social media promotions for listed events. • Support campaign planning and assist in executing marketing initiatives that enhance event reach. • Communication & Coordination • Act as the single point of contact between event organizers and internal teams. • Maintain strong professional relationships with event partners and ensure smooth operational coordination. • Participate in organizer meetings, review sessions, and branding discussions. • Reporting & Analysis • Track event performance metrics and generate regular reports on engagement, reach, and conversions. • Suggest data-driven improvements to strengthen event listings and promotional outcomes.
Key Skills & Requirements [Freshers or Experienced} • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or related field. • 0– 1 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or platform operations. • Strong communication and relationship management skills. • Proficiency in digital platforms, online listing tools, and content management systems. • Eye for detail and aesthetics in branding and promotions. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
