IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Executive Job Summary: Responsible for supporting the drafting and maintenance of organizational policies and procedures, assisting in risk and business continuity activities, and ensuring ongoing compliance with internal and external standards such as ISO 27001 .
Key Responsibilities: • Assist in drafting and updating policies, procedures, and standards across IT and business functions. • Support risk identification, tracking, and mitigation through periodic reviews and reports. • Participate in maintaining and testing the Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans. • Conduct regular compliance checks and help prepare documentation for audits or reviews. • Maintain a repository of approved documents and ensure timely updates as per review schedules. • Coordinate with departments to ensure policy awareness and adherence. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Risk Management, or related field. • 1–4 years of experience in IT Roles. • Basic understanding of ISO 27001, PDPL, or BCP principles preferred. Skills: • Strong documentation and analytical skills. • Good coordination and communication ability. • Attention to detail and commitment to compliance timelines. • Proficiency in MS Office or document management tools.
