Business Analyst

Business Analyst Key Responsibilities:

· Engage directly with clients to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

· Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

· Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with stakeholders.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA) to ensure successful delivery of solutions.

· Assist in preparing project documentation, proposals, and reports.

· Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet client expectations.

· Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

· 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a client-facing role.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, or similar.

· Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

· Agile Product Owner certification or understanding

Preferred Skills:

· Experience in [Industry – e.g., FinTech, HealthTech, SaaS].

· Knowledge of data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

· Exposure to CRM, ERP, Healthcare or custom enterprise solutions.

· Exposure to wireframing and prototype design
