Business Analyst

Brief DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business needs, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the development of effective solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

Evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and requirement documents.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations.

Support the creation of project plans, timelines, and reports.

Assist in testing activities by validating requirements and ensuring deliverables meet expectations.

Conduct data analysis and generate insights to support business decisions.

Facilitate meetings, discussions, and presentations with stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and provide updates to management.

Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor’s degree, B.Tech, or B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Experience with requirement gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.

Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management concepts.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
