Brief DescriptionWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth across our digital services and training divisions. You will work closely with our marketing, operations, and technical teams to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
dentify and generate new business opportunities through online/offline channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Present company products and solutions to potential customers.
Coordinate with the marketing team to execute lead-generation campaigns.
Maintain sales pipelines and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and potential business sectors.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and reports for management review.
Preferred Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good understanding of IT, SaaS, or digital marketing services will be an advantage.
