A good voice and strong communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to collaborate with a team and be part of the early stages of the platform’s growth. Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.What You’ll Do:

Host podcasts related to exam preparation, providing valuable insights and guidance to aspirants. Create engaging study material to help learners understand key concepts effectively. Contribute ideas to enhance content delivery and make learning more interactive and impactful. Collaborate with the team to shape the platform in its early stages and improve the overall learning experience. Preferred SkillsWhat We’re Looking For:

Strong knowledge of competitive exams (UPSC Civil Services, SSC, Kerala PSC, and other similar exams). Experience in clearing preliminary rounds or reaching the interview stage is a plus. Awareness of other competitive exams (conducted by the Union and State Governments) is beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in any field. Good command of English and Malayalam. A good, energetic voice with strong presentation skills for audio podcasts—no prior experience required. Active on social media and familiar with content trends (preferred but not required). Self-motivated, proactive, and full of ideas.
