HR Intern

Brief DescriptionWe are looking for an HR Intern to support the recruitment and basic HR operations. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining employee records. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR processes.

Support the recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork and participating in orientation sessions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and other HR documents. Assist in communicating HR policies to employees and handling basic policy-related queries. Support HR-related documentation and follow-ups as required. Provide general assistance to the HR in daily activities.

Preferred Skills Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Solid organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)(Experience in using google spreadsheet)
