Cloud Architect (Azure & Kubernetes)

Brief DescriptionJob Role: Cloud Architect Experience: 7+years We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, and cloud-native solution design. The ideal candidate will lead cloud architecture strategy, design scalable and secure cloud platforms, and drive the deployment of modern, containerized applications. This role requires hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, Kubernetes orchestration, DevOps tooling, and enterprise-level cloud transformation projects. Required Skills & Experience:Technical Skills•6+ years of experience in Cloud Architecture, with at least 3+ years on Azure.•Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).•Expertise in Azure networking (VNETs, firewalls, load balancers, private endpoints, peering).•Strong knowledge of containers (Docker), microservices, and distributed systems.•Proficiency with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).•Good understanding of DevOps pipelines and tools: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.•Experience with monitoring tools: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus, Grafana.•Strong understanding of cloud security principles and Azure IAM. Soft Skills•Excellent communication and documentation skills.•Strong problem-solving and architectural decision-making capabilities.•Ability to lead technical discussions and influence stakeholders.•Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment.Preferred SkillsPreferred Qualifications•Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.•Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD/CKS) are highly preferred.•Experience with hybrid cloud or migration projects.•Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) is a plus.•Exposure to multi-region and disaster recovery architectures. Education•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
