Full Stack Developer (Immediate Hiring) We are looking for a smart and passionate Full Stack Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in scalable and secure web application development. The ideal candidate is eager to grow their skills, learn new technologies, and stay up to date with the latest web development trends, while consistently contributing high-quality code and collaborating effectively with the team.

Job Responsibilities: ▪ Conceptualize, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework. ▪ Understand and implement web application development processes, including UI layout and relational database structures. ▪ Develop front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks like Vue.js for responsive, interactive UI. ▪ Use Tailwind CSS for responsive UI design. ▪ Troubleshoot and debug application issues. ▪ Develop and maintain technical documentation. ▪ Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practice development. ▪ Build or integrate RESTful APIs. ▪ Utilize cloud hosting services such as AWS for backend deployment. ▪ Use version control systems like Git and follow modern development workflows. ▪ Show passion for quality coding practices and implementation of bold ideas. ▪ Work with common third-party APIs. ▪ Ability to work in a team and communicate technical solutions effectively. ▪ Passion for quality coding practices and a desire to implement new bold ideas

Job Requirements: ▪ Experience with database management and design—working with relational databases like MySQL ▪ Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including frameworks, languages, and tools such as PHP, Laravel, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, and Tailwind CSS. ▪ Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices in web application development. ▪ Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex technical issues ▪ Effective communication skills to explain technical concepts and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. ▪ Time management and organizational abilities for handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines. ▪ Adaptability and flexibility in learning and applying new technologies, frameworks, and methodologies. ▪ Creativity in approaching problems and designing innovative solutions or features. ▪ Accountability and reliability in delivering assigned tasks and maintaining code quality. ▪ Teamwork and patience when discussing plans, reviewing code, or resolving issues with others. ▪ Experience working in Agile development environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles, iterative development, and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
