Client Information and CRM System Management: Qualify leads by accurately maintaining detailed client records, as well as updating CRM systems. Product Demonstration and Technical Discussion: Schedule and coordinate product demos and technical discussions with the sales and/or the technical teams. Lead Generation and Conversion: Follow up with potential clients through personalized communication techniques, thus nurturing relationships and guiding them through the purchase decision. Sales Administration and Documentation: Actively engage in developing proposals, quotations, and preparing sales documentation. Product and Marketing Expertise: Maintain a higher degree of product and market knowledge when handling customer queries.
