Google Ads Specialists About the Role

We’re looking for an analytical and creative Google Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Google Ads strategy, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making to drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns across Google Ads.

• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, conversion rate, and CPL.

• Create and test ad copies, extensions, and landing page variants for performance improvement.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics.

• Prepare and analyze weekly/monthly performance reports and derive actionable insights.

• Collaborate with content and creative teams to align ad messaging with campaign objectives.

• Stay updated with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and bidding strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).

• Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and bid strategies.

• Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.

• Certification in Google Ads Search or Performance is a plus.

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data-driven insights.
