DevOps Engineer(Exp:4+ year) Responsibilities
*Lead and manage a team of DevOps and Cloud engineers. *Conduct regular team meetings, and performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. *Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment. *Delegate work and assignments to team members *Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure. *Oversee the administration of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). *Ensure cloud infrastructure is compliant with security and performance standards. *Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual tasks. *Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes. *Monitor and optimize build and deployment processes for speed and reliability. *Implement robust monitoring solutions to ensure system health and performance. *Lead incident response efforts, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. *Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. *Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. *Communicate effectively with stakeholders and the project management team to align priorities and project timelines. *Advocate for best practices in DevOps and cloud engineering.
Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). *Preferred Certifications in cloud services (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, etc.). *Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.). *Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and compliance standards. *4+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles. *Proficient in managing cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). *Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Puppet). *Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI). *Understanding of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). *Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). *Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. *Strong leadership and team management abilities. *Effective communication and interpersonal skills. *Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
